Allow tracking links?

c75a6f9 uses a tracking link to identify visits from this site. I think this is nothing very problematic (HTTP referrer more or less provides the same information), but opening a public issue to see if anyone has reasons to adopt a policy to disallow this.

I'll consider that the person submitting that link votes in favor.

I'll keep this open for at least a month.
