[feature] Add shortcut keys for commenting and uncommenting in the parameter edit box

We can use the Ctrl + / shortcut key combination in the parameter edit box of Postman to comment and uncomment. We hope that Reqable can also have a similar feature.

如果是query或者header，你可以切换到文本模式，通过Ctrl + /快捷键注释勾选和反勾选。如果是JSON里面要注释/反注释，这个还不支持。

json 里面，因为想 postman 平切过来，使用时候还是有些不方便，类似把 reqable 当成 dev 环境，edit 区多分数据切换还是比较方便的，虽然这也许并不符合 json 本身的语义规范，但把 reqable 视为 ide 时，这应当是个很棒的功能
