Automate release

We have a template to follow now in the repo (release/*). The template can be used to render and update the formula every time we have a release. We will require the following:

• Workflow to trigger the update
• script to pull the sha256 and other metadata required from Github and generate the new formula.

All of this should be incorporated into the release process since it will be updated every time we release.

Note:

Test by forking the repo. Do not test on this repo.
