Improve the secure/delegate UX

Securing and delegating sometimes requires the stakeholders to synchronize between each other. This would be easier if:

• We displayed outpoints instead of addresses (related to UX: use vault outpoint instead of vault address #167)
• We sorted the available deposits/vaults in a deterministic way, so every one of them had the same deposit/vault in a certain position
• Somehow number the vaults/outpoints, otherwise you have to count them by hand if your fellow stakeholder tells you "please delegate the 15th"
