feature request: We need a Android Github Release

I'm a Chinese Revolt user. As you know, Google Play Store can't be opened in China, so we really needed a Release apk on Github.

First of all, wrong repo. The version uploaded to the google play store is located in revoltchat/android-twa, so you should make an issue there.

Second, that version will be depreciated when the native android client releases, you can find it here.
