Feature Request - Automatically load resource js files

I'm running into an issue, where when I run the eslint, it throws an error about 'Echo' and 'route' not being defined.
I might be able to configure webpack enough to get around this, but it would be nice if app.js and bootstrap.js were defaulted to load with this package
