Importing Theme Options by Any Framework Except Redux #222

Hello Guys,
First of all, Thank you for developing this awesome framework
I need some help. I am using Codestar Framework (https://codestarframework.com/) and I want to import theme options with your wizard. I tried redux and customizer import setting but it did not work for Codestar. How can I do it ?
