DCDAO PROGRAM: ROLE TRANSITIONING

Introduction

This a briefing on my transition from DCDAO to Helixbox to ensure transparency regarding my role change. Effective from the start of Q2, I will be officially working with Helixbox as a Community Curator.

Prior to this transition, I had discussions/meeting with:

Eve (Helixbox Growth Manager) – to align on expectations and responsibilities.
Jesse (Darwinia Community Manager) – to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns regarding my contributions to DCDAO.

**New Role at Helixbox
**
As a Community Curator at Helixbox, my primary responsibilities will include:

User Experience & Feedback

• Collecting user insights and providing feedback to improve the DeFi experience.
• Assessing the onboarding process and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Reporting technical issues and participating in beta testing for new features.

Educational Contributions
I’ll also contribute via writing by:

• Creating content such as blog posts, FAQs, and visual guides.

• Simplifying DeFi concepts for users through structured educational material.

DCDAO Tasks

Due to role restrictions, I will no longer be able to continue my paid tasks for DCDAO. However, I have agreed to contribute to DCDAO’s writing efforts on a voluntary basis, without financial compensation.

Program Funding

This role at Helixbox will be funded with a monthly stipend of $500.

Conclusion

This transition allows me to contribute more effectively to Helixbox while maintaining a limited, voluntary engagement with DCDAO. I appreciate the opportunities from both communities and look forward to enhancing the DeFi user experience in my new role.

Hi June, since Helixbox is sponsoring as DCDAO program, can you initiate a quarterly proposal via DCDAO governance with details of you receiving address.

Helixbox will funding $1500 each quarter to the DCDAO Treasury Multisig, and request delivery including reports, the program will need to manually renewed with pre-checking that Helixbox will continue sponsor in the next quarter. Thanks!
