Overview

March saw a lot of changes around DCDAO with June, Saso and David all transitioning to new roles not directly supported by DCDAO. We have discussed other changes as well to streamline DCDAO and integrate it better into the RingEcosystem. I continued to spend time cleaning out scammers and supporting the community as needed. I continued to look for opportunities to reach out to project along with supporting projects we are working with currently. The initiatives worked on in March are as follows:

• Management of the DAO staking on InvArch
• Supporting our Twitter/X Spaces
• Supporting the RingDAO Marketing and shift in focus.
• Discussing ideas with the community on Github.
• Still pushing to get RING deposit NFTs tradable on SubLayer.art
• Learning the duties of the Treasury Manager and submitting a Q2 budget request.

Community Engagement

Weekly News
Working with June, our DCDAO Advocate, to collate weekly news that is then posted on the DCDAO Twitter account.

Monthly DCDAO Update
Working with June and David on a monthly medium article summarizing what happened with DCDAO the previous month.

Community Management

• Quiz Games # 67, # 68, # 69, and # 70 were run on Discord with a typical 20+ members joining.
• Continued to engage and help our community members with staking and migration.
• Supporting the community with KtonDAO initiatives and ideas.
• Supporting the community as we ramp up RingDAO initiatives.

April Plan

I expect to be doing the following:

• Start a discussion around the Q2 2025 Community Managers budget with reduced requirements
• Finish the DCDAO Q2 Treasury request process
• DCDAO to host Quizzes each week
• Continued engagement with the Community
• Continue Weekly News and Monthly Update
• Reevaluate the Advocate program and reduce its scope
• Continued management of the Ambassador and Advocate programs
• Manage the DAO staking and rewards distribution
• Work with community members to support KtonDAO and RingDAO initiatives
• Continue helping with the Marketing Initiative
• Working with the Sublayer team to continue improving the platform
• Supporting DeGov.ai to move towards a transition from Tally

To help with cost cutting I will be reducing my salary to $1200 for March.
