Community Manager Monthly Report - Jesse(JDubs)

Overview

April has continued to be slow with the community but I have stayed busy with the usual community oversight and management. I continued to spend a lot of time cleaning out scammers and supporting the community as needed. I continued to look for opportunities to reach out to project along with supporting projects we are working with currently. The initiatives worked on in April are as follows:

• Management of the DAO staking on InvArch - With what has happened with InvArch not sure staking will be monitored any longer.
• Supporting our Twitter/X Spaces
• Supporting the RingDAO Marketing and shift in focus.
• Discussing ideas with the community on Github.
• Treasury duties
• Supported the rebranding of DCDAO to RCG
• Supporting DeGov as it expands

Community Engagement

Bi-Weekly News
Working with June, our DCDAO Advocate, to collate news bi-weekly that is then posted on the DCDAO Twitter account. We have shifted to bi-weekly since news has been more quiet

Monthly DCDAO Update
Working with June and David on a monthly medium article summarizing what happened with DCDAO the previous month.

Community Management

• Quiz Games # 71, # 72, # 73, # 74 and # 75 were run on Discord with a typical 20+ members joining.
• Continued to engage and help our community members with staking and migration.
• Supporting the community with KtonDAO initiatives and ideas.
• Supporting the community as we ramp up RingDAO initiatives.

I expect to be doing the following:

• RCG to host Quizzes each week
• Continued engagement with the Community
• Continue Weekly News and Monthly Update
• Continued management of the Ambassador program
• Monitor the DAO staking and rewards distribution
• Work with community members to support KtonDAO and RingDAO initiatives
• Continue helping with the Marketing Initiative
• Working with the Sublayer team to continue improving the platform
• Supporting DeGov.ai to move towards a transition from Tally.
