Add notifications support: https://containrrr.dev/shoutrrr/v0.5/
Triggers:
- (To consider - performance reasons) When health check is failing - maybe the user should monitor itself that endpoint? Maybe the health status should be sent only when a new file is uploaded?
- When backup was uploaded
- When backup failed to upload, and why
