Add support for web-proxy service for replacing a non-SSL links

Actually at Wolnosciowiec the service is used to display a list of news, and the news is displayed in a iframe.

When a source url is a non-encrypted http link, then it does not work in a frame.
Expectation would be to see a url that goes through the web-proxy service to allow displaying in a frame.
