priority between LCOFI and vs interrupt ?

spec said the locfi is lower than vs interrupt. but now spike is still higher than vs interrupt.

does it need to change ?

Whoever looks into fixing this: don't forget that interrupts destined for M-mode have higher priority than interrupts destined for S-mode, etc. So the correct resolution might not be so obvious.
