Template change should include digital objects

When Editors use the "Convert to print" mechanism, the digital objects should be

• included in the options of data to move
• be checked by default (i.e., move the digital objects to holdings)

This is so that things like watermarks end up on the holdings level. (Watermarks are only on holdings, not on the main bib level.)
