What is the status of support for Intel compilers?

What is the status of support for Intel compilers (ifort, icc, ifx, icx)?

Not out of the box, but you can add any compiler to the config file to be recognized.

The last time anyone tried to do what I'm looking for, they modified a file called main.py.in. That file does not exist in bear-3.1.2.

Cool. Could you please post a working, concrete example of such? I have spent considerable time trying to work out the magic incantation to get some embedded development compilers recognized, without success.
