On-boarding Materials

An idea which has been floated a few times is creating a document which has all the materials for on-boarding new students. This could include information such as:

- How to get access to westgrid
- How to make a facsci page
- How to get a desk
- How to file travel claims
- Links to important resources (Amii Slack, etc.)
