Rules to implement:

1. Blue crab

   • add blue-crab to pip installs
   • blue-crab p2s example.pod5 -o example.blow5

2. f5c

   • add f5c to conda
   • f5c resquiggle --rna -c ${FASTQ} ${SIGNAL_FILE} -o ${ALIGNMENT}
   • use the cuda version f5c_x86_64_linux_cuda

3. squigualizer

   • run interactively
