Strip carriage return & line feed characters from supporting skills

Currently, carriage returns and line feeds (/r/n) are getting saved to the database.  It's not causing any problems (that I know of) but it is unclean and just feels dirty.  Better yet, we should be scrubbing this field to remove _all_ weird things.
