sort sample code to a bunch of directories #1

For example, have a directory for each of those:
bash-completion, calc, dispatch, download, hotkeyd, mount, pid, start, teslawm, xterm

Those examples may come with

  • a README file
  • awk files, especially port..awk, ctx.awk, and class*.awk
  • example rc files
  • scripts

It'd be further nice to have a mechanism to "install" samples. For that it'd make sense to add further subdirectories to sort the above.

Need to review general concept for directory layout first.
