Version number doesn't change - Windows - UVE 0.1.5 #11

Hi,
I recently updated to uve 0.1.5 by simply replacing the old binary with the new one. However, upon running the uve version command, the program still returns the version as 0.1.4. I checked the source as well , and it seems you did in fact bump the version in the configuration. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is this a bug?. Actually upon checking again, the version has only been bumped in the package_release shell script and not the main go file.
