Labels list inconsistency: "14" and "19" are out of order at the end of the list #38
Description
In the sports/configs/soccer.py file, the labels list in the SoccerPitchConfiguration class has an inconsistency where labels "14" and "19" are placed at the end of the list instead of in their sequential positions.
