Once every three months, automatically email the chapter president (i.e. whoever is listed first on the committee - their title won't necessarily be president) with the following info about their chapter, and ask them to reply if any of the information needs to be updated.

• List of people on the executive committee
• Postal address
• Faculty contact
• Infobox
• Website URL
• Facebook URL

The "reply-to" address should be support@robogals.org
