[rocon_iot_bridge] Upgrade rocon_ninja_block with rocon_iot_bridge

It will be update following issues

• rocon_ninja_block code upgrade using rocon_iot_bridge
• Setting callback url when rocon iot bridge is initialized instead of manually register way
• Upgrade uuid ninjablock sensor setting way.
• Update type matching with other device like smartthings
• Define constant values of type
• Upgrade ninjablock rapps as applying rocon iot bridge
  • Setting topic matching table in rapp parameter file
  • Update message as development of new rapps
  • Update rocon_protocol webserver and workflow
• Update xavier
• Change all sensor into smart things instead of ninja block
