MBD-MC-E - Deploy in FW the model for calibrator of absolute encoders #107

Task description 📑
In icub-tech-iit/temp#3 the focus was on the model. In here the focus is on the deployment of the generated code inside the ETH boards (ems, mc4plus, mc2plus, amc, amcfoc) and with its test on the lego setup and possibly on the new iCub head.

To have the model of the calibrator type 12 tested on the ETH boards and the relevant PRs merged in robotology.
