[BUG] Old Llnks to 404 pages

There are a few old internal links that link to pages that no longer exist / were moved. They are:

2. https://rockylinux.org/news/1
3. https://rockylinux.org/news/chat.rockylinux.org
4. https://rockylinux.org/news/docs.rockylinux.org
5. https://rockylinux.org/news/forums.rockylinux.org
6. https://rockylinux.org/news/rockylinux.org
7. https://rockylinux.org/organizational-structure

Expected Behavior

Ideal fix is replacing the broken links entirely as opposed to only setting up a redirect.
