Update contributing docs requirements #39
Description
docs/contributing/start.md only lists SSH and GPG keys as highly recommended. However in recent PR #38 it was mentoined that GPG signed commits are a requirement for the wiki repository. This should be explicitly described in the start.md.
I'd be happy to take a stab at the PR.
