What did you expect to happen?
In documentation it's says php 7.1: https://roots.io/bedrock/docs/server-configuration/
in composer.json it's says "php": ">=8.0",
Please update composer.json back to 7.1
What actually happens?
Conflict on server installation.

On server where php version less than 8.0
