The equidistant contour positive/negative offset

Hi, I would like to suggest a new feature. It consists of a new setting for adjusting the offset of an object's contour by the equidistant type, inside the object (negative offset) or outside the object (positive offset). Something similar is implemented in the selection contour setting in Adobe Photoshop and provides more flexible settings and a beautiful appearance of the cut out object.

Actual implementation of your plugin does a lot of cutouts of the object and looks some weird.
