Interfacing with lmod #30

Food for thought, Lmod is getting a JsonShell which in principle will allow you to get the lmod operations applied like prepend_path. Maybe that can be used to load the appropriate active environment for a specific set of modules, without having to diff the environment variables.
Would even be nice to make a dedicated github action for this.
