allow use of nanoparquet for parquet file serializer

currently, the parquet serializer relies on the arrow package. Would it make sense to create a new serializer that uses the nanoparquet package (or provide an option to choose which package to use for the serialization)

Is there any format difference between what {arrow} and {nanoparquet} produce?

Could the same be done with {feather} package so we can remove all dependencies with {arrow}?

There is no functional difference in the formats produced by {arrow} and {nanoparquet} for Parquet files.
However, {nanoparquet} doesn't support Arrow IPC files (feather), so the dependency on {arrow} would remain for these files.
