[Wishlist] poetry Python Support

Hi, 

I'm not currently fluent in Python, but I'm hoping to use both Python and R in Quarto files in my RStudio project.

I see that renv supports virtualenv https://rstudio.github.io/renv/articles/python.html  , would it be possible to also support poetry?
