Error: A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'UtcStartTime'.
Failed to get S3 Info for StorageType AllStorageTypes in bucket BUCKETNAME in region us-east-1 in account 000000000000 using Cloud Watch Metrics

I resolved by changing out all cloudwatch commands to contain -StartTime and -EndTime instead of the -UtcStartTime and -UtcEndTime ... seems to be the issue.
