Upgrading stable-diffusion-webui official template and enabling "--listen --api" parameter

Hi, is there any near plan to upgrading stable-diffusion-webui official template and enabling "--listen --api" parameter?

Also when I edited the relauncher.py and restarted the pod I got errors related the change.
