Optimize queue page

When the page queue page loads on rust-lang/rust now, with 900+ open PRs (https://bors-prod.rust-lang.net/), it takes a while until the table initializes itself. It also took some time in homu, but there it at least didn't "jump" around after loading. It would be great to profile what's going on here and see if we can optimize it.
