On mobile, new bors queue hides most useful information

With the previous bors queue page, it used to be pretty easy to see all relevant information in one glance even on mobile, and creating rollups was straightforward.

With the new bors queue page, most of the information is hidden even when maximally zoomed out. Zoom and pan don't work reliably, so there's no good way to view the bors queue on mobile.

This is also a problem on iPad. It used to be quite straightforward to view the queue and create rollups, but the new bors queue page can't really be used on iPad.

In this example from an iPad, most of the key information is cut off, and scrolling horizontally does nothing.

Interesting, I specifically tested it on mobile and it worked fine-ish, I even compared the viewport and I saw similar things as in homu. As you can see from the original screenshot, homu just wasn't phone-compatible at all xD So it just showed you the desktop version and you had to zoom it.

On Android, I can scroll horizontally, select PRs and make a rollup, that seems to work fine. I can't zoom out though, I'll look into enabling that. Not sure about iOS though, might need someone with iOS hardware or an emulator to test, I'll look into it.

As you can see from the original screenshot, homu just wasn't phone-compatible at all xD So it just showed you the desktop version and you had to zoom it.

The homu queue always worked flawlessly for me on mobile and tablet. I'd still be enthusiastically using it today if I had the option.

Here's what I'm seeing on my devices:

This is a step in the right direction, though I still can't zoom all the way out on iPhone, and if I did then I wouldn't be able to read anything.

On iPad I can zoom out to see the whole width, but the text is uncomfortably small compared to homu, especially with the different font making things harder to read.

Perhaps a viewport width of 1920 is too wide? Even my desktop browser is only a little wider than 1280, and I think the default viewport width (for pages that don't specify an override) is even narrower than that.

Tried to make the viewport smaller and increase the maximum font size in #593. On my Android phone it looks better, although I don't have an iPhone to simulate the zoom out issue.
