Do you mean that Rustic should have a ui command that launches a web UI developped from scratch? Or that Rustic should use the Plakar UI as-is?

I think the first suggestion has been made before, and Rustic maintainers have said they likely don't plan to do that themselves.

Second option is not doable, since Plakar does not use the Restic repository format (they created their own, which they call Kloset).
