This PR refactors the way tests are run, specifically checking that each plugin generates the expected output file, and adding a new
serviceelement to the input proto to test the previously untested grpc plugins.It also updates protoc-wrapper to remove support for the deprecated
protoc-cinterface and add includes for directories containing protos needed for specific plugins at runtime.
