Hi I was wondering if you tried it also with the MP3-TF-16P
mine has the processors:

I haven't worked on this for a couple of years, but memory tells me that this is another name for the DFPlayer Mini. I did a quick google of "MP3-TF-16P datasheet" and found a link to a datasheet that was labeled "DF Player Mini" and the commands look familiar, so that makes me a bit more confident that my memory is correct.
