Add CMake targets and/or scripts for building Debian packages #63
Description
CMake has some builtin tools for building Debian packages. Maybe we could make use of these for automatically adding a Debian package target to any OV project.
The debian package build should allow to be combined with cross-compilation, such that Debian packages can be used for easy deployment on Raspberry Pis, for example.
