At the Chair of Process Control Engineering we have an old script running, which uses Doxygen to generate an API documentation of selected OV libraries. The script includes a customized Doxyfile and a Perl script for transforming OVM files into C++ headers on-the-fly, such that Doxygen can handle OV classes like C++ classes.
However, I'm not sure about the copyright and license conditions of this script. Also, additional work is required to prepare it for publishing as a general tool for documenting OV libraries.
