Material 3 Support for Android (Kotlin Multiplatform or Cross-Platform Frameworks)

Is there any plan to support or implement Material 3 components and design guidelines in the future for Android, especially in the context of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or any cross-platform frameworks (like KMM, Flutter, or React Native)?

It would be great to know if Material 3 theming and components are on the roadmap, or if you have any recommendations or directions for integrating Material 3-style components into apps using Daisyu UI.

I'm not sure what you mean by "implement Material 3 components".
Material is a different design system, it has its own design system tokens. daisyUI is not going to change to necessarily look like Material, but you can play with sizes and colors and other variables to make daisyUI components look like Material components:

I haven't tried it myself but these are what I know:

• As far as I know React Native doesn't work because it doesn't support CSS variable inheritance. 🤷‍♂️
• native frameworks: I don't think it would be possible, because HTML/CSS must be translated to the native language and even if that's possible, I won't expect much from the result 🤷‍♂️
• I know Capacitor works well ✅
• others cross platform web-based frameworks: if they can use Tailwind, they are expected to work well with daisyUI ✅
