Should -close modifier be added to dropdown?

While playing with how to make a combobox (#4224 (comment)) I found that there are situations when you need to force close the dropdown even if it is focused.

The class is simple to create in the project that uses it, but maybe for consistency with collapse it would be nice to add it for dropdown (maybe also for tooltip)

It should work work with all 3 variants (<details>, focus, popover)

I don't thinl tooltip would need it tho. The use case would be a if we want to hover it and not see the tooltip, in that case they tooltip class itself can be removed.
