Support payroll bonuses

Have the ability to increase the payment rate of a stream within a predefined time window, effectively acting as a bonus.

Say your monthly salary is 1K a month, your employer could "boost" one month and increase the payment rate for that month to 2K, for example, offering you a 1K bonus. Currently this is technically doable by manually increasing the payment rate and then manually decreasing it again exactly a month later, but it requires coordination, etc. it's not a good user experience.

I think the recently introduced transferTokens method, in conjunction with batch, can achieve this behavior of one-time bonuses. Right, @andreivladbrg, @smol-ninja?

you are correct, the wrapper transferTokens function can indeed be used in the batch, as a starting bonus

In the UI, we should have a button called "Pay bonus" to make the use case more obvious.

I thought about this and wanted to reply with the same thing but Max's suggestion is a bit different to #360.

He is proposing a temporary, scheduled rate-change, which reverts back to its previous form after the schedule ends.

The one-time bonus feature already implemented is easier to digest and is technically easier to implement. Nevertheless, scheduled rate-changes are a cool feature, but they're hard to do without Gelato since they require the contracts to keep track of future actions, which affect logic quite a lot.
