Consider creating a set of "fixed"/not-fuzzed streams

Inside the `start()` fn, consider creating a number of predetermined streams representing the most common use-cases/states for the lifecycle of a stream. Then, use these streams when fuzzing such Ixs as `withdraw` & `cancel`.

The suggested rate of fixed to fuzzed streams used is 20/80.
