Description
- For the ORA analsyis functions (both on cluster and on DMA): Add overview Figure (e.g. lollipop graph of significantly changing pathways, with dot size as percentage of genes detected) using the VizVolcano function.
- We need helper function for the publication ready format.
- We need to clean the function using helper functions as now it is not that structured and difficult to follow. So lets break this down.
