Viz Function parameter requests #84
Description
Due to feedback from users over the past month there are a couple of points that came up multiple times:
- Enable Heatmap colour choices for the heatmap itself and for the labels
- Enable other parameter inputs from pheatmap such as cutree, drop_levels, etc.
- Volcano plot: Check the thresholds (Vignette is Log2FC 0.05)
- Time-series data --> lollipop graphs would be needed for this
