Hi, could you please assign this feature issue to me along with #1361 feature issue. I have already started on wikipedia feature as per your scope and would be great if you could assign me for both.

As I am writing this, tenor.com service isn't available, maybe a partial outbreak or a major outbreak.
But if it is just a partial outbreak, I will continue integrating the tenor gifs feature once tenor.com is live and running.
