API call to any of the following
https://api.kanka.io/1.0/campaigns/{{campaign}}/entity-types
https://api.kanka.io/1.0/entity-types

returns {"error":"Page not found"}

get call to urls provided

Expected behavior
As per https://app.kanka.io/api-docs/1.0/entity-types
