Script does not read source parameter from tools.conf

The documentation shows to be able to configure an alternative repository the tools.conf file can be used to define the source parameter:

This however is not working as the script install routine does not even load parameters saved in tools.conf file.
Please correct the script to load source parameter from tools.conf, to define an alternative Repository server.

It is necessary for air-gapped environments to be able to define an alternative download source and for automated deployments currently seems to be the only option to define the source in the tools.conf file.
