Pagerfanta 2.x is now PHP 7, upgrade this project to match #193

Description
Currently, this bundle includes Pagerfanta 1, which is for PHP >= 5.3.
Pagerfanta 2.x is now PHP 7; we should upgrade this project to use it (and support PHP 7 itself!)
